Uptime Guarantee

Our goal is to repair your equipment within four hours of receiving notice the equipment is not working. (Eight hours for fully functioning equipment in need of regular scheduled maintenance) At your request, Buckmaster Office Solutions will provide loaner equipment with comparable features if repair times are outside of the goal.

Customer Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with the reliability of any new printer, copier or fax or multifunctional equipment purchased or leased from Buckmaster Office Solutions, and it does not operate within the manufacturer’s specifications; we will replace it with an identical model or one with comparable features and abilities.

Technology Upgrade Guarantee

In an effort to keep your office equipment technology up to date, Buckmaster Office Solutions guarantees the payoff of your leased equipment with the lease of new replacement equipment. The guarantee is for the term of your four year lease.
